Join us for the fun, interactive, and informative women's only self-defense training. This is meant to be an interactive "hands-on" seminar designed to teach you simple techniques that are effective, easy to use and easy to remember. You are welcome to participate as much, or as little as your comfort level will allow. The key is to have fun and to learn some life-saving skills while doing it.
