This course is for participants who are in leadership positions or who are training to assume leadership positions within their Security / Safety Team. Graduating participants will receive certification under Valor as a Certified Security Team Leader and be backed by decades of proven Law Enforcement and Security Practices as taught and trained by our experienced staff.

Participants will also receive a training manual containing the courses curriculum to use throughout as well as for future reference.

Students will be required to maintain a satisfactory performance level throughout all table-top exercises, achieve a minimum passing score of 80% on the final written exam and pass the final capstone exam to obtain certification.
